misafirmind was born from a shared observation that wouldn't leave our team alone.
During our work in AI and travel technology, we kept witnessing the same frustrating pattern: hotels investing enormous effort into creating memorable experiences—curated afternoon teas, exclusive spa packages, personalized amenities—only to watch these thoughtful touches vanish into thin air because guests simply never heard about them.
The more we investigated, the more we realized this wasn't about poor execution. These were dedicated hospitality professionals working incredibly hard, yet facing an impossible challenge: how do you ensure every guest receives the right information at exactly the right moment when managing hundreds of guests with different preferences, schedules, and communication styles? The final mile of connection was failing, with no way to measure or improve it.
